By accessing or using LoveSigns ("Service"), operated by Selfless Inc® ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our sole discretion
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and currency conversion fees

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE:

• Do not guarantee compatibility or relationship success
• Do not conduct criminal background checks on all users
• Are not responsible for user conduct or safety
• Do not guarantee accuracy of astrological compatibility calculations
• Are not responsible for interactions between users or meetings

9. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
